Gillian Zettler

Gillian Zettler is the Executive Director of Charleston Wine + Food, one of the nation's top annual culinary festivals that celebrates Charleston and the Lowcountry's unique foodways alongside renowned food, beverage, and hospitality talent. Over the past decade, Zettler has established and delivered visionary concepts resulting in record-breaking financial success. Throughout her career, she has shown a track record of events elevating the communities for which they serve.

A Clemson University graduate, Zettler has produced hundreds of successful programs for both corporate and non-profit organizations, having parlayed a career in the music and recording industry into directing top events throughout South Carolina. Zettler’s knack for innovative fundraising and a degree in education proved a natural fit when she was named Director of Events for The Children’s Museum of the Upstate in 2009. From there, Zettler transitioned into the Executive Director role at Euphoria Greenville, a music-focused food and wine festival. During her time at Euphoria, the annual event enjoyed steady growth and garnered national attention. In 2013, Zettler took the helm at Charleston Wine + Food, introducing a new wave of programming and renewed charitable focus to the popular world-class festival and non-profit organization. In 2016, Charleston Wine + Food welcomed hundreds of chefs and beverage professionals, as well as more than 22,000 guests, with the festival's economic impact yielding more than triple the organization's annual budget.

Zettler is proud to call Mount Pleasant home with her husband Spencer, son Ethan, daughter Liv, and dogs Jeter and Toby.
