Allison Brecklin

As Head of Operations, Allison oversees the strategy and execution of Ticketfly’s Client Services and Customer Success teams, with the ultimate goal of ensuring venues, promoters, and fans have the best possible live event experience. She holds a Six Sigma certification and is passionate about helping people by improving the processes their jobs depend on.

Allison has more than 10 years of operations leadership experience. Prior to joining Ticketfly, she was responsible for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and process improvement at Hertz. She has also led complex projects such as the fleet operations logistics for the AT&T Pebble Beach Golf Tournament. Allison received her MBA from City University of Seattle and her BA from Carroll University.

When she’s not filling the pages of her passport, Allison can be found brunching her way through the Bay Area. Her most memorable live event experience was Jack Johnson with a special appearance by Ben Harper at the first Bonnaroo in 2002, which she claims can best be described through the wise lyrics of Bob Marley: sun is shining, weather is sweet, make you want to move your dancing feet.
