As Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Another Planet Entertainment (APE), Danielle Madeira oversees the special events department at the company, establishes and fosters critical industry relations and partnerships, and leads all APE corporate accounts, including clients such as Dropbox, Apple, LucasFilm, Pixar, Pandora, the Democratic Nation Committee (President Obama fundraiser) and Google.
Under Danielle’s supervision, the special events department handles the execution of all private events, and corporate talent bookings. She has booked renowned artists such as Justin Timberlake, P!nk, OneRepublic, The Killers and more. Well-connected in the industry, Danielle strategically binds Another Planet Entertainment’s on-going relationships with talent agents, managers and artists to the private and corporate sector. She is responsible for cultivating the successful partnership between APE and the Las Vegas Downtown Project, whom together produce the award-winning, Life Is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas.
Danielle joined APE in the initial few months of the company’s formation in 2003. During her first six years with APE, Danielle managed the marketing department before building the special events sector. While head of marketing, she helped create recognizable marketing campaigns for major festivals such as Outside Lands Music and Art Festival, Treasure Island Music Festival and Star Wars In Concert.
Before her time at APE, Danielle worked at popular Bay Area radio station, Alice Radio (97.3 FM) in the promotions department. There, she produced key local events including Alice’s Now, the station’s Now & Zen Festival and Summerthing, and built incredible relationships with well-known artists, agents and managers.
With a special wealth of industry experience and connections, Danielle has quickly become one of the most admirable trailblazers in music and entertainment.
